Lol of course its propped up. A lot of his followers prolly are robots. And plenty, if not most, startups active on social media employ the same tactic and its relatively cheap to do now.
In the end, the quantity and time of retweets has no effect on share price or the company. It is meant to attract more eyes. Thats all. Its Genius.
