All I know for sure is this.... we have amazing tech, strategic partnerships with media giants, very poor share structure, toxic debt that mgt states will be reduced significantly, very little cash, and a severely undervalued PPS.
Previously some longs here were hoping for a PPS in the $$$$ well that was just extreme wishful pipe smoking thinking. That does not mean however we can't eventually trade many many multiple times higher from these levels.
Because we are cash strapped and are at the mercy of the evil doers who want to crush us, I truly believe the only way for us shareholders to escape this mess and our enormous $$ losses is the inevitable and long cherished NTEK buyout.
To be honest I believe the top two reasons for the demise of the PPS have been the dilution/share structure and toxic debt however the naked shorting going on here certainly has not helped. The financials were underwhelming but the PPS had tanked well before their release and the R/S has just put us further in the toilet
Now the one thing that could abruptly knock the shorters on their ass and the thing they fear most is the buyout. They would have no time to cover and their $$ losses would be massive while at the same time NTEK longs would be rewarded handsomely.
All the forces are aligned for this to happen and I hope it happens soon
