Just FYI......I just called and spoke with my broker at Scottrade about the status of FITX. He did confirm that FITX is now on the Grey sheets.....but......there is not a bid or ask on the stock yet, and will not be until the 3rd of March, which would be the end of the 10 day suspension. At that time, a price will be set for the B/A.
The following is simply my opinion:
Should the company not give adequate information to the shareholders before that date, (and they may not be legally able to do so), and, the SEC has not released the suspension or cleared us from the investigation, then I would expect massive exodus from weak hands. To me, that would be a good time to pick a moment to acquire more shares of FITX, if it is FITX that you want, as I am fairly confident that these issues will resolve themselves pretty soon.
From all I have seen which seems to be the point of contention about who own's FITX......., most all of the issues was before Bill came on Board, and DEFINATELY before James came on board.
I suspect that there have been players on the sidelines that have attempted to manipulate the stock, and their asse's are now getting busted. Again....speculation, but.......if this drops like I am thinking it will......I am a buyer for sure simply to reduce my cost basis.
