Hey shd you must be young, inexperienced whatever.
My dad was on four different board of directors, one was a bank, one was a coatings manufacturer, one was in automobile tires and one was a major country club, any of these look like they have something in common ? No, but what they all had were very experienced managers, CEO's who knew how to surround themselves with the very best talent and most of all....how to run a very successful co. Get it ???
