The MAIN OBJECTIVE ....... as Jerry has stated for the last 8 months was TO:
(1.) File fully audited reported financials.
(2.) To continue to file timely financials.
(3.) To file Form 10 with MAIN OBJECTIVE FOR CO. to
(4.) UPLIST OFF THE PINKS roughly 60 days after filing Form 10!!!
TO ALL THE NA-SAYERS
