Thank you. I have been hitting investopedia and that is good advice. Its just that every word looked like lingo and I really should not stay on this board past lunch. 
Edited to add, so now that I know that MacD doesn't stand for MAC Daddy, the irony is that I can compute all the elements that chart, I just didn't know it had a name.
