His only mistake with the presentation has been over promising on a delivery date. Something Bill has an unfortunate habit of. That being said ppt presentations of this magnitude can go through weeks and even months of re-work before publishing.
I recently did a study for a Fortune 500 company that took 4 months from inception/compilation of data to delivery of final version. Not worried about the presentation at all
