to be his own boss with his executive orders
FED is not a part of the US government so they can be Fire by executive order...
Treasury Sec. is appoint by the President so to can he be fired...
IRS is run by the Treasury so It can closed, downsized or eliminated by the President appointment to Treasury...
What is the Congress going to do ?
