Civilian labor force participation rate is at 62.7% ... the lowest since 1978. You would want that to be static if it were possible. The amount of workers retiring/leaving should equal the amount entering. Though that is a bit utopian....it is what you would like to see. So when there is a solid uptick in the participation rate....that would signal a reverse and a positive economic sign!
