I am saying someone with a track record of success might have been able to attract accredited investors with better terms than 50% discounts. Maybe say 20 or 30%. But they hired a loser instead. He's been involved with RKOS which is .0062 and trades 7K shares a day. IFCR, is.0002 now. The SEC has sent letters to HJOE questioning their filings because apparently Veal doesn't know what he's doing. Seriously, no one has ever looked into this guys background? He's worthless.
