You may be right. And unless Management gets the filings done and gets the stock back on Pinks or better and actually convinces peeps that Treaty has a real business, so trading volume and share price can grow, the NSS will get a pass. Of course, a NOBO/OBO would flush them out and we could see a nice MOASS.
