The topic in discussion today is that Hard Drive,

It turns out the SEC intern made an error and released the Hard Drive that contained information that was not to be sen by others.
The SEC requested the HD to be returned and Treaty did not comply, at first.
A judge told Treaty to return that HD, which they did. So Treaty is cooperating, but will not bow to the mighty and powerful SEC's every whimper.
I find it interesting that in any other case the SEC never asks for the HD back. There must be some pretty good information on the HD. I'm beginning to believe what Dlog has mentioned several times, and posted links, of corruption in the OTC market is known and SEC over looks it.
It's been said the SEC has connections with the hedgies and shorts market. Is this the smoking gun ?
H Klein, counsel for the Fab 5's request for dismissal was denied. His request contained some accusations of corruption with in, by the SEC. But a judge turned it down. The fact the SEC went to a judge to get it back means there is some sensitive info on it.
Russian-Trader already admitted The SEC makes mistakes. Now we need to know how many.
let's allow the judge to see the Hard Drive in court, if it makes it that far. SInce Treaty is cooperating and returned t he Hard Drive, let's hope they SEC does not pull an IRS trick and wipe it clean.
For Russian, he just takes this too personal. he must be heavily shorted here.
For Jeff, imagine losing $ 30,000, knowingly sending it to a con man hoping hs uses that money to rip off shareholders. Instead they spend the money on their Belize vacations. Including that Fugly hoe Stella, Jeff's wife. All in one life time. I'd be angry too. !
