let's presume for discussion's sake >> that P2O (company) can disrupt
their status quo so that 2016 doesn't replicate 2015
with the awareness that every multi aliased hedgie troll will give this post a thumbs down ..

how would the stock (PTOI) be handled?
as i noted this week via the vehicle of choice for OTC stock manipulation
aware OTC investors actually got to witness a rather remarkable *rarity* this past week
the ticker (PHOT) for a fully filing (and heavily targeted) OTC company
extricated itself from the dolt's gray graveyard (SEC) after being consigned
there in April 2014 (approx 22 months)
now it isn't a *true comparison* because P2O has been a pubco since 2009
and has an IO of 124,756,158
and PHOT has an IO of 902,116,496
but what is crystal clear is what comes to pass with a targeted company *outlasts/survives* .. CEs' efforts (CE = colluding entity/entities)
take a gander at how PHOT was *handled* (reminder basement PPS of .0001
