For me it comes down to the heart and soul of something. The mgnt and staff of Baltia has that in spades. I feel Baltia now realizes that they are more than just a struggling company with a target on their back.
The tide is turned and I believe that they won't kick the the can down the road but that they will swing for the fences.
Their "CAUSE" for me represents: The struggling mom and pop store that doesn't give up, or the layed off steel worker that gets up every day and looks for something better for his family. The list is a mile long and probably won't slow down anytime soon.
You are a Great example Baltia Airlines. Because of that, I am so "dug in" I have to look up to see China !!!!!!
