Or maybe Leo is just tired of bashers misrepresenting and lying about everything he says, and has decided to save a whole bunch of info for a mammoth press release that will leave shorts lying in the gutter, crying for their mommies.

I don't know anything more than anyone else does, just giving another scenario that should make shorts/bashers a tad bit worried.
