Filing on SOS of Florida and OTC updated, acquisition of existing established business Earth Surfaces of America. Low Float of 208 million, restricted shares until April 2013, accumulation been occurring the last two months, little volume rolled in today and pushed it up 51% before settling at close. No PR yet, expected in the A.M., plenty of eyes on it now due to the highest volume in 11 months. Very fast mover.
