The cost of continual Compliance is expensive yet necessary. The job of a company's accountants, bookkeepers, auditors and lawyers is never ending. Many of these professionals do work for many companies ... And cannot live off the work of one client. Deadlines come quick and today we have seen the result of missed deadlines; which can be remedied. Just my opinion on the situation. I am a shareholder like the rest of you.
