That's in theory the primary function of any judge. At the end of the day, an ALJ can still be biased like any other judge. We hope for a fair trial. Regardless of the outcome, appeals are possible from either side. I wouldn't rule out this getting dragged out, but we can hope for the best. At least we have a decision, but the decision is still concerning given all the facts laid out on the table.
