Okay...from what I gather with a friend of mine at

If FAA cannot come to a decision, apparently, there was an agreement between Baltia and FAA to take it to the neutral party to review all evidence and let that party make the final determination.
The hearing party must be unbiased.
It sounds as if the pressure from the investigation party showed allegation of FAA being corrupted, the FAA counsel advised the FAA to say, "Hey...this looks bad on the FAA...let's bring in the neutral party, so that we don't show the public that we are trying to cover it up."
I am now seeing that this is a very positive move for Baltia, and it seems that Balita is confidence that it will be cleared up and resolved so that Baltia can move forward to the next stage of Phase 3.
I still believe that FAA caught wind of the investigation report that Brad released last week, and had to call in an emergency meeting to figure out how to get out of this mess. So, a hearing was called.
Smart move, but FAA will still be in a shit storm when that investigation report comes to public....if it ever comes out on the media news.
