55% of the OS is being held by 1 person as control shares and not to be sold into the float. I don't believe those shares have anything to do with the shares purchased by the company.
So if you take the current OS reported by Etrade
Subtract 55%
Subtract the shares repurchased by the company
In theory, you have the tradable float.
So if you take the current OS reported by Etrade
Subtract 55%
Subtract the shares repurchased by the company
In theory, you have the tradable float.
