These guys are such scam artist and crooks. So funny on Iflub you have their whipping boy IHoe trying to bash and cover for them he cannot help but show his ass. It will be funny when they are all carted off in hand cuffs for the criminals they are for damaging companies and shareholders. They have not just done this to HJOE but to hundreds if not thousands of companys. Most don't have real products and they grind them to dust but this a real brand and I give them so much credit for fighting back for all of us. Here is there argument HJOE defaulted why they not repay the loans cry cry cry. Oh the poor Kramers have been hurt, lol! Well I think they repaid a ton in stock so much these guys got all there money and more but like the sociopaths they are they couldn't quite. If you saw the press release Veal stated they where all made whole. They have now violated NY usury laws that are felionies in New York! The done this with so many companies once investigated it will be like am American Greed episode. I assume will see other companies coming after them. Hangover Joe's just had enough of it and have stood up to the crooks and good on them. As for the bashers they are on their last legs, they can just scream why have they not files etc. Why maybe so as to stop the criminals from harming the company and shareholders. They are being beat in the streets daily by the dealers and consumers that what they never got. More dealers are more revenue building and more counters are more consumers. Hangover Joe's will continue to build market share and create share of mind with the brand. What these idiots never understood was this is a real company and brand with a strong consumer base and now a strong dealer program, the ground troops are winning the war for HJOE. They are beat and lot of us told them this over the last few years. The brand will continue to grow both domestic and internationally, they had just done this to so many companies it became second nature that they key with greed you think your a god and cannot be touched. They are starting to learn the hard facts as they see for themselves as much as they try to lie and deny the fact they are seeing via all the dealers coming on social media that this is a real brand and movement. The lies don't work anymore and to us who got it from day one they never worked. They are beat and they actually know it, but Mr Kramers is writing the checks for these loosers with stolen money from other companies from usuary, soon there will be many more companys i expect in a class action on these guys. The writting is on the wall for this kind of financing and the SEC we can only hope will clean this gargage out of the market.
