CJ.....What you say makes good sense. The thing is though, if those , 'people' , don't jump quickly on these things then in their own mind they may miss an opportunity to, 'sound', like they know what the hell they are talking about. So, waiting for them is not an option.
It is the only time they can try to do their jobs. And we all know what that is. GLTA
