Exactly. I'm almost thinking we should start calling it the ostrich board from now on. Collectively burying their heads in the sand and pretending everything is great. If management is so great, these fine upstanding citizens that are leaders in the field, then why the hell have we been so diluted and now doing a R/S so they can dilute even more?
