I like, everyone else, is down over 70K. It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't feel like the company led us on. There have been so many promises that have not come to fruition and we wait and wait because we have confidence that they are working too hard to let us shareholders know what the company is doing, but after these financials, I feel like they are not doing enough to grow the business and retain their clientele. Marketing, marketing marketing! Get on more devices! Improve the quality of streaming, the picture quality is great, but if I can't watch a full movie without it stuttering throughout, this trumps picture quality and I am not going to rent another movie. I think that their business model is good, I just don't know if they have the company culture and leadership vision to be successful. SWM (shareholder wealth maximization) this should be their focus, and this means being successful, informative and transparent.
