I agree. Just as it happens with some bands, new members most often lead to better alignment as far as the best course to follow for success. Leaders need to be in agreement with one another as to what that course or strategy is, at least for the most part. Some diverse or outside the box thinking is usually a good thing, but wanting to go in different directions and slamming heads most of the time isn't. Members need to be driven and enthusiastic about making it happen also. If not the competition will blind side you while you're napping. I firmly believe the direction they're headed is the right one, so I see no reason to do anything other than to continue to buy and hold.
