That's fine really , it allows some to put in low bids that support the PPS some and if hit gives some the extra few pennies and shares they want to help give us. Still see 2016 as a breakout year for CTIX as do a few others.
SIDE NOTE: Will be buying a brand new 2019 car with maybe only 2,000 CTIX shares.
