Is this PR as an indication that thing are finally

Who knows... but, at least Brad, papa & others are working to light a fire under their asses.
Obviously not the response we wanted, but at least we finally got a response. It took them 5 F'n months, until November, to send the notice of proposed denial. And then another 3 f'n months to send a notice that it will not be withdrawn based on the Dec meeting. A negative answer is better then no answer and sitting in limbo for months. But, what are they really saying? That they aren't going to withdraw a notice of "proposed" denial? Honestly wtf that does that mean? That the notice of "Proposed" denial still stands? They still wont pull the trigger & put it in plain English "application denied"? WTF!!!?
Again, bottom line & best hope at this point the time has come where we can have a dialog & can make requests/appeals & get responses within a normal timeframe.
Based on past experience - we make the request within 10 days & they take months to respond &/or set up a meeting - again!
So glad things are moving along on other fronts & that Brad didn't wait until now to put pressure on them to get this ball rolling.
I'm fairly confident thing will be resolved one way or, another within the next few weeks & leaning heavily toward them backing off & finally giving us the break we deserve. The might still try to drag their feet, but once word get's out, all bets are off.
Onward & upward!!!
