1. Someone who gets paid $ to publicly and constantly say negative things about a company
2. Depends whos orchestrating it and why. Some bashers dont get paid at all they just have a plain distaste for the company. One reason could be "shorting" where one would directly benefit from a drop in price. Another intent would be to scare people into selling cheaply. Many bashers will bash a stock while bidding for it at the same time. The price of a penny stock, especially a sub penny stock, is very manipulative. If you can control the price of something in ur favor, theres lots of money to be made
3. To make money or accumulate cheap shares. Some are just trolls
4. No idea. Cant imagine its even remotley legal at all to slander a company publicly with false information
5. Because people will try to convince you $tpac is a scam and to move on. When in reality, you need to pay attention to the high level high quality info longs at investors hangout are willing to offer
6. Doesnt affect you at all if you ignore the negativity!
