CEO Fernando Leonzo is trying to hold a worthless stock that'll inevitably fall to a penny by biding up HISP with 100 share lots. EVERYONE SEES THE S-4's and reading his filings - its a shame.
I can only imagine what his long time shareholders must feeling right now.
For HISP to raise any capital even crappy mezz it'll be far less than 25 cents.
Those shareholders are on the edge of incinerating HISP. Good Luck to them!
