People like morrison bring with them contacts, influence, political favors, business owners, and networks of people who know how to get things done.. ..in addition to financial aid. From the perspective of a start up business, all the aforementioned are immensely valuable. Morrison may be able to do more for RMH in 10 minutes on the phone than jerry can do in several months....IF he is connected, and maybe he is. I know people like this guy and i know what they bring with them.
His site looks legit and those homes are multi-million in value. Dude has some jack. AND he rocks a corded phone. He gets props for that.
