My 2 cents.
After everything that has happened in the past minis and with all of the information that is coming out, the FAA wasn't going to reverse and give us a pass. Doing so would be equivalent to an admission of guilt. They are merely trying to save face by passing the buck to the hearing officer.
I think Baltia is right to be positive. Things will move quicker now, and I think the worst case scenario is another mini. At least things are moving now.
