He's a very successful businessman. He's not replacing Tom, just joining the team. A replacement CEO is yet to be determined. Welch will be covering in the interim. I'm thinking that Win Morrison will get things rolling full tilt and we'll probably see a major increase in distribution efforts to tap the huge potential of the East Coast metropolis to the North of Carolina Hemp's territory.
