I have no idea why they felt the need to send that

I have no idea why they felt the need to send that out or even what the benefit is of changing the policy. I don't have any problem with etrade. They allow me to trade penny stocks and only charge 9.99 bucks. Sometimes when I transfer funds they are available immediately which is nice if something big happens. Glad it ended up being a non-event though. It could have been a very diff day today.
