I'll bet those slapping the ask are all real. All Bill needs to do is simply mention that progress is being made on the Boeing presentation, and it's 90% complete, and the pps goes up. It doesn't matter that nothing has been submitted or that Bill's deadline (if it really was a hard and fast deadline) has been missed. People believe in Bill and in $TPAC.
