With such a low trading volume day you can pick apart some of the action. Earlier in the morning 1.4M shares got dumped on the bid at .0024 then the next 12 trades were buys at .0025 totaling 1.4M shares. Thats 2.8M shares traded out of the 3.9M share volume today.
