I agree that the picture quality is excellent, but

I agree that the picture quality is excellent, but these are core issues that if someone experiences these stuttering issues and they are not aware that they can change the download rate then they are not likely to return unless there is an incentive to do so. It is easy to assume that everyone knows what a download rate is, but most people are not tech savvy and would not even know what to do. UF needs to cater to this group and not assume that everyone knows what to do when the movie stutters. This is a make or break issue and should not be downplayed.
