Absolutely right. Although I'm sure Menon has received copies of the drafts for his input. I'd be very surprised if they were not shared with Leo and the relevant CTIX scientific staff.
Expect the report/study as published to be very dry and boring ... and light at least a small fire if not a rocket under CTIX shares.
