Locally, one individual started a venture for a Children's Museum and raised millions of dollars, enough to build the museum. Once that mission was accomplished she handed the whole thing over to someone that had more experience in getting the building built and managing the museum. That museum just had its ribbon cutting and is now entertaining many kids. RMHB IMO could be doing the same thing.
