if one is just trading - that makes sense. However, if one is investing long term and trying to accumulate ahead of anticipated news that could come at any time - why risk not filling your position to get a few more free shares? Specifically - why risk losing tbose shares when the potential return makes the difference waiting on at the BID sit not even a rounding error?
