RMHB is reloading for it's 2016 move upward!!!
I agree that Jerry needs his teem to be focused on moving the current RMHB drink line into next level of sales and revenue to help all of us enjoy our future PPS increase,
IMO .. the current filing is PLAINLY stated in their statement for the extension in that:
RMHB was required by our Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm to secure a valuation of our Series C Preferred Stock from an independent valuation firm prior to issuing our quarterly report. This valaution will be used to compute the finanicial impact of the Series C Preferred Stock so it can be properly reflected in our quarterly report. This quarterly report will be included in our Form 10 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commision.
This has been winter months and ALL Drink sales slow down during this period! ...... They are getting legal ready for filing Form 10 as stated and with the restructuring of management they are refocusing on moving current product sales upward.
Don't get me wrong, I like the idea of energy bars, energy shots, and CBD drinks; BUT TAKE OUR EXISTING PRODUCT AND MAKE IT BIG!!! Once we get this effort going , then we can diversify to other branding.
I feel that Jerry has to get his new teem to go for their original intent of:
Being the Biggest and Best Hemp Infused drink in the World!
