It looks like Royal Capital gets the shares and funds NTEK. Anyone with a calculator. They have been getting a lot of shares then must sale them since its reported no one owns more than 10% of the company. When you slowly dump millions upon millions of shares to us longs that hold it must have contributed to the sub penny collapse.
