Maybe, China is purchasing $9,000 of water a day? That might make more sense.... Annually, Boreal would bring in $3,285,000. If that was the case, the lifetime of the contract would have to be almost 8 years.
I'm lost on the $9,000 invoice. Surely, Fran/Boreal has more than just one $9,000 order to China. From the past PR's I've read, the China contract was $24 million, no?
