Dear Congressman MacArthur,
Please allow me to introduce myself. I have been living in NJ for the past 14 years.
I have a concern that I would like to bring to your attention regarding the FAA and the certification of Baltia Airlines. Baltia Airlines (http://www.baltia.com/) is headquartered at JFK International Airport, and is currently in Stage 3 of the FAA Air Carrier Certification. The company has remained in Stage 3 for an absurd amount of time due to issues beyond its control in several of its ‘mini-evac’ tests. Baltia has a first-rate management team and the highest of ethical standards.
At your earliest convenience, please discuss this topic with your fellow representatives and the FAA, including Congressman Lee Zelden and Michael Huerta to arrive at a prompt conclusion.
Additional information on this certification delay can be provided upon request.
Your service and commitment to the State of New Jersey is greatly appreciated.
Best Regards,
