You would have to ask the same with regards to one who practices Judaism...etc. Refer to this discussion via Billy Graham:

So....given that logic ... I guess those that practice Judaism ... put their hand on the old testament? .. and not the Christian bible. I am sure those that are devout among all religions merely just affirm.
