Possibly, but that broker would have had to get in contact with another broker, already knowing CRGP shares were for sale.
Also, that's quite a few shares to be bought at this stage in the game. It could be someone is guessing on the Feb 22, or possibly they're going to try and get someone to bite at .0002 or .0003 for the same reason.
