Here my letter to California Congressman Eric Swalwell
Subject: FAA Baltia Airlines Certification Delay
Dear Eric Swalwell,
Allow me to introduce myself, I have been living in Bay Area California for over 35 years plus. I normally don't correspond with any public officials on a routine basis, but I do vote in various elections. I feel compelled to contact you on this important issue.
I have a concern that I would like to bring to your attention related to the FAA not responding to the certification of Baltia Airlines. Baltia Airlines is one of those companies trying to succeed in the American Dream. For some reason or another, the FAA in my opinion has taken an overly considerable amount of time to come to a decision required for one of the certification tests.
I would like and encourage you to discuss this topic with your constituents and with the FAA to at least come to a conclusion of a pass or fail. The certification test is 15 seconds, whereas it has been over 9 months for an FAA decision.
Your service and commitment to our state of California and citizens are greatly appreciated.
