IMHO..I think the lower you keep the RS the better unless you are up listing and restructuring your business. Having a workable growth plan accommodate this will be critical.
I think the biggest concern is that the share price will be walked down again one way or another.
Upcoming financials for the next 2 quarters will be a very telling story.
NTEK did pretty well executing on the previous phase. I am confident they have something in mind that will be executed equally as well in the next phase of growth..
