Good lord I can hardly stand to read all the cheerleading on the pony board about how the reverse split is a good thing and financially it shouldn't affect the shareholders. It's completely ridiculous to spew out that sort of textual vomit. Really? All the things you quote are all assuming that nothing happens beyond that R/S. All of us that have been reamed up the rear by managements constant disdain for its investors and incompetent capacity at running this publicly traded company. Here's what all you morons posting all the positive information on a reverse split aren't saying, and we know why you aren't saying it either. You want others to buy up your shares so you can continue flipping them for a profit. The moment this R/S happens, they are immediately going to start diluting again and devalue our shares even further. We'll be back to sub penny in no time, because management is not changing. They can't run this company. They can't communicate. They can just keep devaluing our investment further and further trying to look like they are staying afloat, and they aren't doing a damned thing for investor confidence. However, it's readily apparent that their concern for such trivialities as investor confidence is minimal at the very best. I would say it's more likely that it's totally irrelevant to the management of NTEK.
