Sometimes I wonder who exactly is running NTEK and

Sometimes I wonder who exactly is running NTEK and their stock management program specifically. I just read where Omnivance said that NTEK has not decided on the details of the RS yet and will announce them when they have. Ok. So why even announce the RS now in the first place? I have never seen that done before. Every other company that has announced one has done so after it has been decided upon WITH THE SPECIFICS. All this does is keep a buying strike on the stock because no one is going to want to buy stock without knowing what is coming down the pipe regarding the RS. It they came out and said it will be a 10:1 RS and will happen on March 1....then fine. While it is not good, at least the bad news is out there in the open and out of the way. But by going this route, all of the black clouds and uncertainty still hangs over the stock and gives no one a reason to want to buy it now.

Just very very poor stock management skills. Whomever is in charge of that should be relieved of his or her duties asap.
