I've had a small position in T PAC since last June I don't do any posting I just do a lot of reading however as much as I hate to admit it and I'm no whiz at it but I can't make the share structure add up either. I'm hoping that the 10K clarifies with the real structure is. God forbid spuds has any credibility, I think he is an ass.
